As a Canard homebuyer, you have the opportunity to visit your home for a pre-delivery inspection during the two weeks prior to your closing date. An extensive, guided walk–through of your home will make sure it meets and exceeds your expectations.

Homeowner's Manual

Upon closing, you will receive Canard’s homeowner manual, a comprehensive and easy to follow guide that will acquaint you with your new home.  This valuable tool will show you how to best maintain all of the individual elements to provide you a lifetime of enjoyment. We will be happy to assist you should you have any further questions about your new home.

Extended Warranty

At Canard, we’re extremely confident in the homes we build. That is why we provide an exclusive five-year extended warranty program on every home at no extra charge to our homeowners. Covered under this warranty are your home’s hardware, electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, mechanical systems and other key elements. This unprecedented coverage distinguished Canard from other traditional builders. You will have the peace of mind that comes with knowing that we will be there to remedy any unforeseen problems for years to come.

Customer Service

Canard makes every effort to ensure that our clients are totally satisfied.  We employ a full-time site administrator who is responsible for looking after homeowners’ concerns in a professional, timely manner.
